1. Nature of the Products
All items available in Blue Field Media Store (books, magazines, dossiers, and other reading materials) are strictly virtual and digital products. Upon completing a transaction, the user receives immediate access to the content through downloads that are permanently linked to their registered account.
Our store offers both paid products (processed through Stripe or Mercado Pago) and completely free download products (with a value of $0).
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the intangible, digital, and irreversible nature of the products we offer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once the order has been processed and the download link has been enabled in the user’s account.
This no-refund policy applies to:
Products purchased by mistake or accidental purchases.
File incompatibility with the user’s device (it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software to read standard formats such as PDF, ePub, etc., prior to purchasing).
Change of mind after the payment has been processed.
Failure to use the acquired material.
3. Free Products
For items in our store that have a value of $0, the transaction is equally considered final. Although there is no monetary exchange, the acquisition of these free products is subject to the same Terms and Conditions, as well as the same Intellectual Property restrictions applied to paid products.
4. Technical Support and Defective Files
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to the quality of our material. In the rare event that you experience a technical issue with your download, such as a damaged or corrupted file, or one that does not match the description of the purchased product, please contact our support team.
We will not issue a monetary refund, but we will ensure you receive a functional replacement file or correct the error in your account so you can access the content you obtained.
